In the state of Texas, Physical Therapy cannot be practiced without a doctor's prescription. Contact the clinic for assistance with your doctor referral.

The physical therapist can see you for a one-time consultation/assessment without a physician referral.  We do not file consultations with insurance.  Contact the clinic for information about a PT consultation and cost.

• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork
• Average first appointment lasts 1 hour. Subsequent appointments vary from 30-60 minutes
• Wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt, shorts, sweats)
• Wear comfortable shoes

Please kindly give us 24 hours cancellation notice. Patients who do not call to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged $25.

Payment for therapy services are due at the time of the visit.

• We will file your insurance for you.
• We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
• Payment plans can be developed if necessary.

You, the patient, have the choice on where you receive your physical therapy regardless of where your referring physician refers you.  It is up to you on where you go. Ask about facility ownership and insist on seeing a current license from the physical therapist you are seeing.
